INTRODUCTION
Lu-xinan Fruit & Vegetable Co,.Ltd.covers an area of 16800M2 with a building area of 2808M2.It's easy-control air-adjusted medium-temperature cold storage with a capacity of 14100M3,built with hi-tech and new building materials such ad polyurethane,can store 3600 ton of goods,regarded as the largest single room capacity (4700M3) cold storage,the advantages of which include energy-saving,low-cost,better fresh-preservation,longer storage period.
I. TRANSPORTATION
The company enjoys an easy transportation:a railroad (Yanzhou to Xinxiang) runs through the county where the company locates,the stations of Dingtao and Heze on the Beijing-Hongkong Railway are only 27Km and 37Km away ,a national highway and an inter-provincial highway run nearby,and it's 35Km to Jining Airport,230Km and 220Km to Jinan and Zhengzhou Airports.
II. RESOURCES
The Company locates in the southwest of Shandong province.The area is with rich soil,mild dimate,no industrial pollution,and quite suit for vegetable growing.It's the traditional garlic export area of China.The yield of carrot,round-leafed spinach,red-peeled onion,yellow-peeled onion,green Chinese onion,great burdock is higher in production output and better in quality than in their original growing areas overseas.Integrating foreign advanced technology in vegetable growing and fresh-keeping with local conditions,the Company has successfully developed methods of growing garlic and other vegetables for export into a coodinated growing-processing pattern--uniting factory with farmers.Guided by well-known specialists in fresh-keeping and plant-protection,the Company can garantee the freshness of garlic,garlic stems,garlic slices the year round and can in any season export fresh garlic,garlic stems and garlic slices,the quality of which is excellent as those produced in Spain,and the prices are cheaper.
III. GOODS SUPPLIABLE
The Company can supply fresh-keeping vegetables such as: garlic,garlic stems,garlic slices,green asparagus,carrot,great burdock,red-peeled onion,yellow-peeled onion,green Chinese onion,white radish,round-leafed spinach,wild cabbage.
IV. TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANTAGES
Vegetables and Fruits stored in the air-adjusted cold storage are better in quality than in the ordinary cold storage,and it's becoming the fresh-keeping standard international.But the cost is high and the technology is adopted only in a few developed countries.In China it is in the startup.
The new cold storage technology initiated by the Company proves to be excellent in storing vegetables.The quality of thus treated vegetables is quite the same as those treated with the technology of air-adjusting cold storage.The storage temperature keeps with in the set limits,gases such as oxygen,carbon dioxide and nitrogen and humidity are controlled in their best mixture.All the exports of garlic are inspected and tested to be up to the standard by the concerned authorities.And the goods have been exported to the U.S.,Japan and EU countries.
